Description

Vegetable fungicides are designed to control, inhibit, or destroy pathogenic fungi and fungal-like organisms that cause diseases (such as powdery mildew, blights, and leaf spots) on food crops. They either form a protective barrier on the plant surface or are absorbed into the plant’s vascular system to stop fungi from germinating and spreading.

শাকসবজি ও খাদ্যশস্যে রোগ (যেমন—পাউডারি মিলডিউ, ব্লাইট এবং পাতার দাগ) সৃষ্টিকারী রোগজীবাণু-বাহী ছত্রাক ও ছত্রাক-সদৃশ অণুজীবকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ, দমন বা ধ্বংস করার জন্য উদ্ভিদের ছত্রাকনাশক তৈরি করা হয়েছে। এগুলো হয় উদ্ভিদের উপরিভাগে একটি সুরক্ষামূলক আবরণ তৈরি করে, অথবা উদ্ভিদের সংবহনতন্ত্রে শোষিত হয়ে ছত্রাকের অঙ্কুরোদগম ও বিস্তার রোধ করে।
